In order to give our patients the timeliest care in our office, we ask that you review our policies regarding late arrival and canceling appointments.
In order to provide every patient with the best care in the timeliest manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will be forced to reschedule that appointment. We cannot guarantee that we can fit you in that day. Our office reserves the right to charge a minimal $40.00 Broken (No-Show) Appointment Fee. If multiple appointments are missed, this could result in dismissal from our care.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give at least 24-hour notice so we can reserve the time for another patient. In order to provide every patient with the best care in the timeliest manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you miss, arrive too late for (more than 15 minutes), or fail to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total for services that would have been rendered that day. Failure to pay these charges may result in booking suspensions until all charges are paid.
At time of booking, all treatments totaling over $500 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel, your deposit will be a credit on your account for 30 days. After that time, the deposit will be a credit on your account for 30 days. After that time, the deposit will be forfeited.
Dr. Desjarlais Dermatology accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit. Some procedures may qualify for insurance coverage. Our office accepts most insurance plans, with a few exceptions. Please call the office to see if your insurance is accepted at our office.
